Beautiful semi-automatic turntable that is similar in build quality to the SL-1200 mk2.
The 1700mk2 has the same motor, arm, buildup as the SL-1200mk2, only the 1700mk2 is developed more for home use with its nice suspended chassis, automatic return function and electronic pitch.
As you can see, this turntable is truly in a beautiful condition. Almost no signs of wear.
The dust cover is also very beautiful.
Nice height-adjustable arm with on it a Philips GP406 cartridge with NEW needle.
A high quality RCA cable with gold-plated connectors is mounted.
Electronic speed control, indicated by a nice LED bar: + 6 >-3.3% When the pitch is adjusted to +, one of the lights in the minus area stays on. This does not affect the operation at all.
Very quick start and stop.
