1 CEREMONIAL SPEAR, (JAVELIN), Alor-Indonesia, 2nd half of the 19th century.
Two-sided leaf-shaped sharp point in forged iron, with a middle ridge, angular socket, notched
on the side. Pointed, oval engraved wings in brass.
Round wooden shaft with several stepped areas, wrapped with fine twisted brass wire as decoration. The end piece is exquisitely carved and wider.
