THE STORY
Fine decorative Papua necklace. Shells Necklace standard of the Baliem valley in New Guinea. The chain is known as the tie model. The chain consists of polished shells, cowrie shells and a piece of tree bark being beaten into cloth. This piece can be seen on the pictures of the back of the chain. There you can see the long piece painted tree resin.

The necklace is mounted on professional metal custom-fit stand, and can easily be removed from their stand. If desired, they can also be hung on the wall.
